This project is slated to be to developed in 3 phases. Phase 1, with approximately 30,000 sq. ft., is being built initially out of a master plan of up to 120,000 sq. ft.

Due to readily available infrastructure and local government approvals, construction is slated to begin during the first quarter of 2025.

We anticipate a long term hold on this asset, with returns delivered to shareholders over the next decade or more. Projected IRR: 12-16% and currently seeking funding partners.
